The Coach House is open for business

Home made cakes and jams, organic breakfasts, luxurious rooms, happy guests and lovely reviews - the Coach House is finally open for business, and the hard work has all been worth it.

It’s been quite a slog, but the Coach House is now open for business, and feedback from our first guests has been all the reward we needed. We’ve already hosted a joint 60th and 70th birthday party with over thirty people, and welcomed our first bed and breakfast guests booking through the website. We even have bookings over Christmas and for next summer in the books. We still have a lot of work to do refining our offer and making things run as efficiently as possible, but it’s been a great start.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to getting us open, and a big shout out to Graham and Carlie for their mammoth efforts in the run up to launch and for proving to be such welcoming hosts. A special second shout out to Carlie for all the cooking and baking, including the endless Bara Brith recipes she’s been testing. After our latest visit, we can confirm she’s hit the magic spot! The accompanying jam, which she makes from fruit collected at Lofftwen, was also very special. It’s just these kinds of small touches - organic homemade cakes and jams from the garden - that will make a huge difference to visitors.

If you would like to stay at the Coach House and sample some of these goodies, you can place enquiries and book direct here.
