Coach House

A restored late Victorian Coach House.

The Coach House provided stabling and laundry facilities for what was then the Dolecoed Country Hotel across the road, with a state-of-the-art heating system that enabled guests to travel in a carriage that had been pre-heated ahead of their journey, a modern luxury in Victorian times.

In the late 1970s parts of the Coach House were sensitively developed by previous owners to create a family home whilst retaining many of its original features. We will have 2 rooms available for guests. One suite with it’s own balcony, and one double with a generous en suite. There will also be a substantial lounge, breakfast dining area, games room, and 3.5 acres of gardens.
